Earning Points
How do I earn points?
- There are many ways you can earn points as a BuDhaBliss Rewards member, such as: making purchases, referring friends, and following us on our social media platforms!
- Points will automatically show up in your account once you complete one of the actions listed in the “Ways to Earn” section on the Rewards Program dashboard.
- There is no limit to what you can earn!
How is my BuDhaBliss Rewards Program tier determined?
- Your BuDhaBliss Rewards Program tier is determined by the amount of points accumulated in a 12 month period from joining.
Do tiers expire or reset?
- You are placed into a tier based on your total point accumulation over the last 12 months. Once you hit the spend threshold, we will automatically move you up and let you know via email that you have reached a new tier!
- You remain in a new tier for a minimum of 12 months, and if you do not hit the points threshold within those 12 months, you will be moved down to the tier that corresponds with your spend during that time frame.
Do my points expire?
- Points expire 6 months from the date earned.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
- Make sure you were logged into your BuDhaGirl account when completing your purchase (instead of checking out as a guest). You must be logged in to earn points.
- If you have accidentally checked out as a guest, please contact us and we will help apply your points to your account.
*Please note that if you return your purchase or cancel it for any reason, the points you earned on this purchase will be removed from your account balance.
REDEEMING POINTS
How do I use my points?
- Click ‘Redeem my points’ and select an eligible reward. For example, you can use your points in the following ways:
- $10 off 40 points – redeemable on orders $50+ USD
- $20 off 800 points – redeemable on orders $100+ USD
- $30 off 1200 points – redeemable on orders $150+ USD
- $40 off 1600 points – redeemable on orders $200+ US
Can I redeem my points for money off during sales?
Your points can’t be combined with discounted codes. If a promotion requires a discount code, you cannot redeem points for additional money off.
Are there any items I can’t redeem points for money off when purchasing?
- Your points can’t be redeemed when purchasing one of our limited-edition stacks (if the stack shows a discounted price) or when purchasing a gift card. On rare occasions, exclusions may apply, but this will be made clear in the promotion details.
How do I redeem my points for BuDhaGirl product?
Make sure you are logged into your BuDhaGirl account, and you will see the rewards available to redeem on the Rewards Program dashboard! You can also use these rewards at checkout!

How is my free shipping applied at checkout?
- Make sure you are logged into your BuDhaGirl account, and your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout if your cart hits your spend threshold to qualify!
- Member Status (tier 1) will receive free shipping with orders of $150+ USD
- Lotus Status (tier 2) will receive free shipping with orders of $125+ USD
- Temple Status (tier 3) will receive free shipping with orders of $100+ USD
- Nirvana Status (tier 4) will receive free shipping on all orders
- Zenith Status (tier 5) will receive free shipping on all orders
**Please note free standard shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the US.**
BIRTHDAY & OTHER REWARDS
How can I get a birthday reward?
- On the Rewards Program dashboard, enter your birthday under the ‘Ways to Earn’ On your birthday, we will email you a special discount code that is valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday! *Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else.
What is ‘Early Sale Access’?
- As a BuDhaBliss Rewards Program member, you will receive select sale emails ahead of the general public so you get first dibs on the sale!
- Lotus Status (tier 2) will receive one hour of early access
- Temple Status (tier 3) will receive two hours of early access
- Nirvana Status (tier 4) will receive three hours of early access
- Zenith Status (tier 5) will receive four hours of early access
How does the entry gift for Nirvana & Zenith tier work?
When you reach Nirvana Status (tier 4) and Zenith Status (tier 5), we will email you about a surprise gift. (You’re going to LOVE it!)
As a Zenith member, how do I receive my anniversary gift?
After 12 months of maintaining Zenith Status (tier 5), we will email you about your anniversary gift and how to redeem!
What is ‘Gift a Friend Day’?
- Our Zenith Tier qualifies for participating in our ‘Gift a Friend Day’. The date will be revealed to Zenith members when it is approaching (so make sure you check your emails from BuDhaGirl so you don’t miss it)! On ‘Gift a Friend Day’, Zenith members will be able to submit a friend’s contact information and we will send your friend a BuDhaGirl gift on behalf of you!
POINTS BALANCE & MANAGEMENT
How can I see how many points I have?
Make sure you are logged into your BuDhaGirl account, and you will be able to see your points balance on the loyalty program dashboard.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Unfortunately, the points will become ‘cancelled’ and will be removed from your account.
Will I be able to redeem points if I make a purchase at your HQ in Dallas?
Yes! You can still earn points from your purchase or redeem your balance points. Please let one of the BuDhaGirls know that you hold a rewards program with us.
Why did my account balance go down?
- There are two reasons your account point balance goes down:
One: Your points expired after 1 year of not being used
Two: You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Yes, you can redeem your points for vouchers at checkout
REFERRAL PROGRAM
How can I share my referral URL?
You can share your URL however you see fit except for coupon or deal sites. We love seeing our BuDhaGirl Tribe share their link on blogs or social profiles! You can find your URL after signing into your Rewards dashboard!
What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase? Do I get my reward/points back?
Your reward/points will be added back to your account.

Where can I send my questions, concerns, or compliments?
We always love hearing from our BuDhaGirl Tribe! Submit your queries on our contact us page.
How do I leave the program?
Don’t go! If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from the program by submitting your concerns on our contact us page. In doing so, you will lose any points you have accrued.
What if I leave and decide to join again?
We'd love to have you back - just click "Join Now" on the Rewards page! Sadly, your point total will begin from zero. (So, give some serious thought to leaving in the first place!)
Is it possible for me to lose access to my points and perks I have earned?
- You will only lose your tier perks if you move down tiers. You remain in a new tier for a minimum of 12 months, and if you do not hit the points threshold within those 12 months, you will be moved down to the tier that corresponds with your spend during that time frame.
- Points earned will expire 6 months from earning them.
- If you ever decide to leave the BuDhaGirl Rewards Program, your points and perks will expire with the program.
- We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s BuDhaGirl Rewards Program membership if we believe you are violating our Terms and Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior and seeks to manipulate the BuDhaGirl Rewards Program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or BuDhaGirl, or you opt out of the BuDhaGirl Rewards Program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.
