Only the giftee will be able to redeem the free gift. They will be sent (via email) all the necessary information on how to do so.

You will only receive the next steps/link to fill-out your recipient's information if your order has been paid completely and the 'Buy One Give One' shipping method was selected at checkout. Orders that have "pending" payment status will receive the next steps only after the order is marked "paid".

Make sure you have a set of qualifying All Weather Bangles® in your cart and have met the $125+ order minimum. Your purchase is only eligible for the BOGO+ event when purchasing a set of AWB® listed above.

Double check the email address you entered at checkout...make sure you have the same email address that your friend entered for you. The discount code is tied to your email and should show up once this is fixed.

Once you submit the BOGO+ form, shortly after, your friend will receive an email with steps on how to redeem their gift. You will also receive an email so that you are assured that your giftee has been contacted.

"Buy One Give One+" orders will be shipped either by UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.
